The location was great with sea view. we had easy access to the sea and many fantastic restaurants and cafes on Zaituna bay side. The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice.

The breakfast was good but can be improved. Why do they extra-charge for omelet for instance? We did not know whether the hotel had a pool or not. We did not receive enough information. Sometimes, the staff were making noises dragging trollers in the hallways in the early mornings.

Friendly, comfortable and ideally situated, the Bayview is a gem in the heart of Beirut.

The staff were friendly, courteous and totally professional. They couldn't do enough to assist me as a solo traveller. The breakfast is absolutely superb!

Bayview hotel and staff made the trip fun and relaxing by giving us support with whatever we needed.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Always nice and smiling. They speak excellent English. Loved the breakfast. Exceptional views of the Mediterranean from the room's balcony and the rooftop bar. Good value for the money and for the location which is directly between Hamra to the south (15 minute walk) and downtown to the north (15-20 minute walk).

There is absolutely nothing I did not like about the Bayview!

Pleasant stay with a nice hotel location wise and room space

Great location-spacious rooms-friendly staff-quick response to any service in the room.

No kettle for tea/coffee in the room-pillows verry large not suitable for sleeping at all-floor 5 high enough from street noise but exactly under pub/bar with loud music and parties untill 1 am especially during weekends-no hot water except by the middle of the day

Great hotel with excellent location

Great location with excellent view to the sea and the cornishe, with a selection of cheap (i.e. side-walk stall, McDonald's) to high-end restaurants and a large supermarket all within hundred metres from the hotel. Has underground car park (payable per night) but it's secured and safe. We had a Junior suite which came with a private balcony, large sitting room and kitchenette and a walk-in closet. Breakfast is served in the top-floor restaurant with outdoor seatings to admire the magnificant view to the Mediterranien sea. We found the restaurant staff to be very polite and accommodating: we happened to mention one day that there were no watermelon on the fruit selection, and they brought out a large bowl of watermelon the next day and everyday for the rest of our one-week stay there.

- One night we found a cockroach running acroos the living room floor, so called the reception immediately and they sent a care-taker to come and take it away. - We had 6 devices (a laptop, 1 mobile and a tablet each) between 2 of us, but the hotel only provides time-restricted wifi access to each of us, having maximum connection of only 2 devices each, which we found rather limiting. I would have preferred unlimited connections per account like most modern hotels do .

Great location! Amazing views! Would definitely stay again.

The location was amazing and the views of the ocean were great! I really enjoyed having breakfast every morning on the 6th floor overlooking the water. Staff were friendly and helpful and were great with arranging tours and taxis.

Everything met expectations, however in general the hotel was a bit dated. Dated in terms of looks, but functionally everything worked well. The room had everything one would need, and when we needed the iron/ironing board room service brought it right away, which was great.

Amazing lounge on the roof

I like everything in this hotel, it’s very clean and we got room upgraded to suite, very comfy bed and great sea view with corniche. Location is very alive and convenient to each place you need. Breakfast was tasty with good selection. Staff are good too and friendly.

The location is excellent , in the middle of the town and...

The location is excellent , in the middle of the town and close to many places in Beirut. I booked the junior suit , it is really specious and the terrace is overlooking the Cornish that is full of life from 5:30 am . Very interesting ! the breakfast is served at the penthouse at the rooftop , the view is amazing !

I booked the junior suit for me , my mother and my sister with breakfast . When we went to get the breakfast , they charged us extra of $16 because they said that the breakfast is booked only for two where as the staff did not do that at other hotels like Portaluna hotel in Junieh. the breakfast is fair , some of the items are not fresh and not that many varieties .
